Returns

HANK accepts returns on products within 14 days of receipt. Just a few details to be aware of:

  1. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. To get your return authorization, reach out to service@hankcode.com and we’ll send you one right away.
  3. If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it.

*We understand that, in light of COVID-19, making returns within 14 days may not be possible or advised. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be making exceptions to our typical return policy as it unfolds. Please write service@hankcode.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding a return you’d like to make—our team will be happy to help. 


What if I've received a damaged item?

Please contact service@hankcode.com as soon as possible, but within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage—we’ll straighten this out right away!


How fast can I expect my refund?

We will issue your refund 3-7 business days after receiving your package at the warehouse. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds in your account.


Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As soon as you realize that there has been a mistake please email service@hankcode.com and we will do our best to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional styles you had your eye on. In case you miss the window and the order has already been processed or shipped, you can easily make a return within 14 days of receipt.


Can I make an exchange for a different size of the same item?

Unfortunately exchanges are not possible at this time. The best way to ensure that you get the item you want is to purchase the new item as a separate order and return the incorrect size within 14 days of receipt. Please feel free to reach out to service@hankcode.com with any questions or concerns.
